List what you and your family eat on a daily/weekly basis for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Put a check mark next to each item that is clean by using these criteria:
- Grown without pesticides or hormones
- Does not contain additives, artificial ingredients, trans-fats, or non-food chemicals
- Is not genetically modified
Decide what you can do to improve the quality of the remaining foods after you have become aware of the options from the resources above.
