Do you look over your calendar, or walk in to room in your home or workplace and instantly feel
overwhelmed to the point of paralysis upon seeing all that is set before you?  This happens to me when I
put too many praise worthy projects on my plate at a time and then put unrealistic expectations on myself
to get them done in a certain time frame.  However, “give up, do nothing, go back to bed and pull the
sheets over my head” are not acceptable responses as per the small voices in my head. I must squelch that
chatter. This is not the time to give in to the anxiety. I have important things to do. So, in proper salute
profile I march forward without any discernible protective boundary.  I try to push through but it is so
hard to determine where to even start.  My brain freezes up and I end up not being very productive. Day
after day of this experience results in stress, chaos, personal neglect, a deep pile of clutter, unkept
promises to myself and others, and, nagging guilt.  Too many days of this ends up in burnout, and believe
me, you don’t want to go there.  Unless, of course it is to learn new lessons of live. I have experienced
this shadow place and it is indeed an
endangered space. Now I have restored order to my "stuffed" life
with realistic expectations that lead to quality living.

Quality living begins with a deliberate appraisal of how well you are living out your values.  Honoring your
values and mustering up the motivation it takes to begin and maintain the changes needed to improve the
quality of your life is often overwhelming because you don't know where to start.  I enlisted a personal
coach to help me focus on where I wanted to go and how to navigate my way there. Now as a pathfinder,
I am here to walk along side you as a COACH.

Coaching creates increased effectiveness and greater success and self-awareness. Imagine one-on-one focus
on you and your choice of topics regarding issues in your life. Coaching is about solving problems and
focuses on goal attainment and personal fulfillment rather than exploring the roots of problems and
treating mental and emotional disorders.  One of the big benefits of coaching is the renewed energy you
get when you are clear and focused on where you are going and how you are going to get there, and the
sense of freedom you feel when you get un-stuck and start seeing results.

My coaching is about focusing on you, helping you deepen your learning and self-awareness, and
expanding your possibilities and options.
Like a quilt, our lives
are most beautiful
when the pieces fit
together with
balance and integrity.

Welcome,

You have come to the right place if you are seeking
to learn about how to implement and maintain an
improved quality of life for you and your family.

Let’s start out with the view that we don’t have to
be all perfect, all capable, and all caring.  I don’t
try anymore since I found out that it’s a
 Self
I
njurious  Notion (SIN).  The symptoms are easy to
relate to.
